1. Introduction

This Agreement is entered into between you and SentenceEnd Inc ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of Amux Studio ("the Service").

Please read carefully, especially the provisions on limitation of liability, content ownership, and account handling. By registering an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the complete agreement between us.

2. Service Description

The Service provides AI-based content creation tools, including but not limited to:

• Image generation and editing
• Video generation
• Asset library management
• Creative templates
• Work Gallery and sharing
• Membership and credits system

We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. For material feature changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

3. Account

3.1 Registration

• Registration requires a valid email address, or login via a supported third-party account
• You must ensure that your registration information is true and accurate
• In some cases, accounts may require review before use
• You must be at least 18 years old

3.2 Account Security

You must safeguard your account and password, and you are responsible for all activity under your account.

If you discover unauthorized use of your account or any other security issue, please contact us immediately.

3.3 Deleting Your Account

You may delete your account at any time. The specific consequences of deletion — which data is deleted, which is anonymized, and which is retained due to statutory obligations — are described in Section 8 of the Privacy Policy.

Account deletion is irreversible.

4. Credits and Payment

4.1 Credits

The Service uses credits to meter resource consumption. Credits may be obtained through purchase, promotional rewards, and similar means.

When you initiate a generation task, the corresponding credits are first frozen, then deducted upon success, or released if the task fails.

4.2 Payment

• The price of memberships and credit packs is as shown on the order page
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider
• We may adjust pricing; adjustments do not affect orders already completed

4.3 Refunds

If you are charged due to a fault in our Service, please contact us for verification and resolution.

Credits already consumed and content already generated are, in principle, non-refundable. Specific refund policies are as stated at the time of your order.

5. Your Code of Conduct

When using the Service, you must not:

1. Generate, upload, or disseminate content that violates laws or regulations
2. Generate content that infringes others' intellectual property, likeness, reputation, or privacy rights
3. Generate the face, voice, or other identifiable features of a specific natural person without their consent
4. Generate pornographic, violent, terrorist, or discriminatory content, or other content contrary to public order and good morals
5. Generate false information, fabricate another person's identity, or impersonate others
6. Use technical means to bypass rate limiting, authentication, or billing mechanisms
7. Reverse-engineer, scrape, or make bulk automated calls to the Service
8. Resell or sublease the Service, or lend or sell your account to others
9. Interfere with the normal operation of the Service or endanger system security

You are responsible for all content entered and generated through your account.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Input

Your use of the Service does not change the ownership of the assets you upload or the prompts you enter.

You must ensure that you hold lawful rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe third-party rights. You are solely responsible for any disputes arising from content you upload.

6.2 Ownership of Generated Content

Provided you comply with this Agreement, you hold the right to use content generated through the Service, for personal or commercial purposes.

Please note:

• The copyrightability of AI-generated content varies across jurisdictions, and we make no commitment as to whether it can obtain copyright protection
• Similar prompts entered by different users may produce similar results, and we do not guarantee the uniqueness of generated content
• Generated content must also comply with the terms of use of the model provider you selected

6.3 Our Use of Your Content

To provide the Service to you, you authorize us to store, process, and transmit your content to the extent necessary (for example, sending your prompts to model providers to complete generation).

When you actively submit a work to the Gallery, you additionally authorize us to display that work, along with its prompt and model information, within the Service for content display and community operations. You may withdraw your submission at any time, and we will stop displaying it once withdrawn.

Except as described above, we will not use your private creative content for external display, external provision, or model training.

6.4 Our Rights

The Service's software, interface design, trademarks, and documentation are owned by us or the respective rights holders. They may not be copied, modified, or distributed without authorization.

7. Special Notes on AI-Generated Content

Please be sure to understand the following:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or misleading information and should not be relied upon as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise)
• Generation results are inherently random, and the same input may produce different results
• We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of generated content
• When publishing AI-generated content externally, you must comply with applicable legal requirements regarding the labeling of AI-generated content in your jurisdiction

Whether the generated result meets your expectations or intended use is a matter for your own judgment and verification.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties for model inference, payment, cloud storage, email, and similar services. These services are governed by their respective terms of service.

Interruptions or failures of third-party services may affect the availability of the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to select reliable providers, but we are not responsible for the third-party services themselves.

9. Changes and Interruptions to the Service

We may suspend or interrupt the Service due to system maintenance, upgrades, failures, force majeure, or similar reasons.

For planned maintenance, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is," and we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose
• We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill
• You are solely responsible for any liability arising from your violation of this Agreement or unlawful use of the Service

This Section does not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for personal injury caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.

11. Handling of Violations

If you violate this Agreement, we may, depending on the severity, take the following measures:

• Warning
• Removal of violating content
• Restriction of certain features
• Suspension or termination of your account

For serious violations or suspected illegal activity, we will retain relevant records and may report to the relevant authorities.

You shall be liable for any losses caused to us or third parties as a result of your violation.

12. Minors

The Service is not intended for users under the age of 18.

If you are under 18, please do not register for or use the Service.

If a guardian discovers that a minor in their care has used the Service without consent, please contact studio@amux.ai, and we will assist with handling the account.

13. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email.

Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not accept the changes, please stop using the Service and you may delete your account.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Wyoming, United States.

15. Miscellaneous

• If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected
• Our failure to exercise any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right
• This Agreement does not constitute an agency, partnership, or employment relationship between you and us
