Account
How long after registration can I use the platform?
An administrator will review your account within 1 business day. You'll receive an email notification once approved.
What if I forget my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your registered email, and the system will send a reset link.
Templates
How long does template review take?
Usually 1-3 business days. You'll be notified of the result via in-app notification and email.
What if my template is rejected?
The review result includes an explanation. You can modify and resubmit. Common rejection reasons:
- Insufficient prompt quality
- Content doesn't meet platform guidelines
- Missing effective showcase images
Can I keep my templates private?
Yes. Templates default to PENDING status (draft) after creation. Without submitting for review, they remain private and only usable by you.
Generation
How many credits does generating an image cost?
Depends on generation mode and resolution. Standard text-to-image costs 5 credits/image, HD costs 10 credits/image. See Credits & Plans for details.
Can generated images be used commercially?
Yes, images generated with Basic plan and above can be used commercially. The platform provides copyright documentation.
What if generation is slow?
- Check your internet connection
- Pro plan has priority queue for faster response
- Brief queuing may occur during peak hours
Credits
Do credits expire?
- Subscription credits: Valid for current month, no rollover
- Top-up credits: Never expire
- Reward credits: Valid for 90 days
Can I get a refund?
Consumed credits are non-refundable. Unused top-up credits can be refunded within 7 days.
Technical
Which browsers are supported?
Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Safari 15+, Edge 90+. Latest Chrome recommended.
How is data security ensured?
- All communications use HTTPS encryption
- Works are private by default, not publicly accessible
- User works are not used for model training
- Enterprise edition supports private deployment
